Please be informed that user accounts created using the Non-official Participants feature on Sakai course sites will now be automatically disabled. This measure has been implemented to ensure the integrity and security of the UG Sakai LMS system.
Important Details:
- Automatic Disabling: Any accounts created via the Non-official Participants feature will automatically be set to a disabled status. This applies only to accounts added outside the official participant registration process.
- For Instructors: If there is a need for external or temporary access to course materials, please reach out to the Sakai administration team to explore approved alternatives.
- Official Enrollment: We encourage all course instructors to enroll only official participants to ensure uninterrupted access for all necessary users.
